2011 has started off on a bang! I was voted Chair Person of our Art Guild.
I am very honoured and humbled!
My man sang "Happy Birthday Mrs. President" when I told him...ha...ha....
So I have been calling him "First Husband".... lol
I am in the process of planning new works for this year...
Also trying to come up with a game plan.....
I have some great ideas... some themes too this time is starting to come out of my work...
There are some favorites that I just need there stories to continue...
Have you noticed a few surprises in some of the art work? I had to point one out to a fellow
art blogger the other day as she has seen my work in person and still did not pick up on it....
Themes have started in my art that I may draw on..... lol
A fellow art blogger friend whom has seen some of my paintings in person,
I had to point out one of the themes in some of my big eye girl paintings...
There is a surprise in some of the paintings....
I am also going to try to keep posting using my blog as a type of art journal.... So encourage me to get the ball rolling and get working on my art!!! I have not picked up a brush yet and January is almost over!!!
I know I have some great plans for my art this year.
